13th Annual 2018 International Conference on Public Administration – 2018 ICPA from November 30 – December 2, 2018, by UESTC – Qingshuihe Campus and ASPA at Chengdu, P.R. China.
The need for a networking platform in India, which could facilitate scientific research on the various policy and administrative issues in the developing and developed countries in collaboration with other national and international organizations and scholars, was felt by Prof. Manoj Dixit and Dr. Saurabh Chandra in Chengdu, China. They were invited to the 13th Annual 2018 International Conference on Public Administration – 2018 ICPA from November 30 – December 2, 2018, by UESTC – Qingshuihe Campus and ASPA at Chengdu, P.R. China. On their return from China they interacted with a good number of scholars of Public Administration and Public Policy in India, including the Vice-Chairman and Directors of the present Board, to explore the possibility of setting up this network.
The idea was widely and warmly appreciated and it was decided that such an organization would be registered as a non-profit and non-political organization under the appropriate ministry of the Government of India.
The primary focus of this network is to create an environment of Administrative and Policy research in India. It emphasises upon building collaboration among scholars and organizations for scientific research and worldwide exchange of knowledge.
